Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Carriers: We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

• Delivery times: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.

• Shipping insurance: All orders over $200 include shipping insurance at no extra cost.

• Local pickup: Free local pickup is available from our studio in Plant City, FL. At checkout, simply select Local Pickup and we’ll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

• Delays: We’re not responsible for carrier delays once your package leaves our studio, but we’ll always support you in resolving any shipping issues.
